Electric ceramic furnace manufacturers generally enter the electric ceramic furnace industry for 1-3 years

Electric ceramic furnace manufacturers generally enter the electric ceramic furnace industry for 1-3 years, but there is still a certain gap in production technology, safety, and other aspects compared to European and American countries. Electric ceramic furnaces generally have a lifespan of less than 3 years, and due to the high heat generated by the pot body, the electronic components inside the electric ceramic furnace age relatively quickly. Electric ceramic furnace manufacturers often promote that electric ceramic furnaces have many advantages over induction cookers. However, induction cookers have a long history and relatively advanced technology. International mainstream laboratory research shows that the radiation from an induction cooker is only 1/15 of that emitted by a mobile phone during phone calls, so it cannot cause significant harm to the human body. So, there is still a long way to go for electric ceramic furnace manufacturers, and there is an urgent need to improve their technology. Induction cookers should still be the first choice for household use on a technical level.
Compared to induction cookers, the popularity of electric ceramic stoves in China is still very limited. In 2011, it was said that millions of induction cookers were sold in China, indicating a high demand for electric stoves in the market.
I think this type of stove has a good market prospect in China. The reason lies in two points:
1. Completely free from electromagnetic radiation. Developed countries have long had the technology of induction cookers, but there is a problem that induction cookers cannot pass the safety testing of electromagnetic radiation. Unless expensive electromagnetic shielding technology is used. With the increasing awareness of safety among domestic consumers, the risk of electromagnetic radiation on human health will also be considered. The far-infrared electric pottery furnace here does not have high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. The far-infrared radiation generated during heating also has health benefits. Long term use can have health and therapeutic effects, especially by effectively activating human tissue cells, promoting blood circulation, accelerating metabolism, enhancing immunity, and having anti fatigue effects.
2. Fire and not picking the pot. Electric ceramic furnaces can heat any high-temperature resistant pot, and the heating speed is determined by the degree of convexity and thickness of the pot; The firepower is around 700 degrees, and due to the relatively small thermal radiation range compared to open flames, the loss rate is relatively low, which is equivalent to the electromagnetic heat energy conversion rate of an induction cooker. It takes about 7-10 minutes to boil a 2-liter pot of water normally.
